Sometimes in life there are things that CANNOT be dealt with thought and being active. By “being active” i don’t mean not taking action, because that’s something i go against in this blog and in life – but instead what i mean is to let things cease to exist for a brief period of time…
In a way in which you can temporarily forget your current challenge and focus, on being silent and still – in this way all of your emotions will slowly leak out of your body and mind, and as a consequence you will be able to experience tranquility and the ability to tackle that challenge again but this time with a clear and THINKING MIND – not a chaotic and OVERTHINKING one. Stepping aside to take time to realize the situation for what actually is and not letting your emotions control you, it’s the first step to solve that situation.
But how can you do that? well, there are multiple ways…
- Dropping everything and going for a walk in nature possibly
- Taking some time alone to sip on something hot, like tea
- Working out like a monster!
But the one i rely the most on is Meditation.
That, is the only way for you to go deeper and feel the “nothingness” you so desperately crave and need to solve your challenges. And trust me, after you get the hang of it and your session is over you will feel nothing but good feelings, and a clearer and lucid mind overall.
So take some time for yourself, relax your whole body and take a few deep breaths while trying to adjust your breathing in a way that remains deep effortlessly. But then again, meditation is very personal and you need to incorporate it in your life before you will see results, but when you do… the shift you’re going to feel is going to be…
