Vengeance Is Not So Bad After All, Here’s Why!

As I’ve expressed online and in real-life multiple times, I don’t like the idea of letting one do harm to you while stepping on yourself like a CARPET.

And while I think that vengeance can break you if misused, it’s not inherently bad as some might think.

So…

Yeah, I AM VENGEFUL. So what?

You think someone can’t be vengeful and kind at the same time? I’m not fond of the policy that the ones that have hurt you should go on about their life, like they haven’t done anything special.

It’s called “Respecting one’s self”

And for EVERYONE who thinks they’re so righteous and holy: You’re the most flawed of all.

YOU are doing yourself a disservice by letting others step on you like you’re NOTHING.

YOU are the kind of people that make me wanna slap my face (but i won’t don’t worry)

Casting vengeance upon puny assholes that have DARED scratch (because if you’re a G they won’t hurt you even if they tried) Your valuable and amazing life, SHOULD BE considered righteous instead.

And this is not about being “weak minded” or having personality issues, as someone would oh-so-LOVE to tell you.

It’s about NOT BEING A CARPET.

The Ultimate Way On How To Finally Break Your Limits Forever.

This is something very few can and will achieve, and this method might not be the “healthiest” around.

But it’s indeed the most effective when trying to achieve big things.

What i’m talking about is… acceptance,

Acceptance of Death.

Yes.

Hear me out.
Think about this – when you suddenly don’t care for your life (careful here, what i mean it’s the way of thinking that you’re so obsessed with achieving something that you really don’t care what you have to trade in order to achieve it – nothing harmful or stupid – be smart.)

You’ve left behind an enormous pairs of shackles that held you back.

You suddenly can go ALL IN without having to care the slightest of about 90% of things that have little importance in life.

You can even call this “desperation” but i think this is a different thing.

Because in this case you’re putting yourself in a corner, you burn any bridge you might have and let yourself with NO CHANCE of retreating,

In order to achieve your coveted goal.

But this… this doesn’t happen to everyone, and it’s a very lifechanging moment to an individual.

And i personally can’t tell you when and how to achieve this,
Since it’s extremely personal.

Just be aware it’s there.

You Are Falling Into The Trap Of (Fake) Improvement.

Why is that you ask?

Well, let’s say you’ve picked up a few good and healthy habits recently, like:you stopped wasting time scrolling through Instagram and social media, you started eating healthier…that’s great!

…but…

Is that it?

What now? huh? you don’t know?
You see, picking up good habits and sticking to them it’s not going to help you if you don’t know where you’re going.

You can be the fittest, smartest and most disciplined individual around- but if you’re lacking direction all of those tools you’ve learned to use and build with are not going to help you, because oftentimes we get “contempt” with the little stuff we’ve achieved and we don’t even bother considering that-yet again- we need to re-invent ourselves. And we automatically go in autopilot mode, where we THINK we’re improving by re-enacting the same habits day after day, but we’re not really moving.

Keep your habits a CHALLENGE.
IF they’re not hard to stick to anymore, they’ve become part of you-so they are obsolete now. (That doesn’t mean that you have to remove them, mind you)

How would someone get out of a maze or find his\hers way back home with the wrong map? they’ll end up in another place or even worse, stuck in the same.

This is what i call “fake improvement” – ok, you’ve done something to improve, but you need to realize that keeping the same consistency on the habits you’ve built, the things you’ve learned ecc..it’s not enough. Life it’s all about constant change, so STALENESS it’s discouraged. Revamp those habits, add new ones! learn new things! meet new people!

You need to have a Roadmap, little goals that will propel you forward to the bigger one. Don’t do things just to improve, do things to improve AND to reach what you have in mind. Because lack of direction it’s always associated with no results whatsoever, so it won’t take you long before you realize that even that you’ve put in the work into your new habits it’s not giving you tangible results.

Be smart about it.

Take care,

A Few useful and surefire ways to stay focused

“You need to focus, concentrate dammit!” How many times have you heard these words (or something similar) towards you accompanied by a flying book straight to your forehead? be it from your teachers or your parents-they all say to focus but nobody really taught us to do so isn’t it? Well, that’s why i’m here ;D

Laser-like Focus it’s the element that can make WORLDS of difference when it comes to attaining anything relevant and worthwhile in your life. How do you think top class athletes and scientists that make groundbreaking discoveries make all this possible? by snoozing and having their minds and attention wandering all day? Sure, if you’re talking about someone i’ve never heard of.

In this day and age everyone – starting from people, friends and family and going to big tech companies accompanied by their useless noise (social media, news, TV, ecc..) – is looking to monopolize your attention. (see? i just did that) Why? because they know it’s very valuable, while you don’t, and waste it. What if you actually stopped chasing useless things and instead tried to stay silent with a goal in mind? Let me give you some useful tips to make this easier.

Environment and Planning

They say that the environment you swim in reflects what you are and what you will be, and that’s true to an extent – that’s why you should do everything you can to bend it to your needs by:

  • Making your work environment like a top-secret military base, people need some kind of clearance to access it so they won’t bother you. BE A MAD SCIENTIST, WAHAHA!
  • Have your workspace tidy and smell good. It calms your nerves.
  • Open the windows and let the air flow.
  • Specify or write down all the tasks you need to do for the day and tackle them with a 50min work and 10min rest tempo – or however it works for you.
  • Big tasks in the morning, lighter ones in the evening.
  • Turn off your phone and disconnect from the Internet if not required to do work.

Mindset and Planning (2)

  • For the day(s) you need to concentrate be sure to not have any kind of commitments to other people. Maintaining that focus streak is key to later build a habit!
  • Be excited. Of course you need to have a reason to this, so i hope you’re working on something that resonates with you.
  • Approach the tasks with “the sooner I do it, the better” mindset. It’ll give you a weird (aka guilt?) boost.

Extra but priceless!

  • Stay hydrated. By doing so you ensure that all your bodily functions are in top notch shape and can work properly, 2L a day is ideal.
  • Have a snack for when it gets rough. Carbs = Sugars = Energy, Easy.
  • Cut off the noise with some good music or white noise, if you’re like me. It really puts me in “the zone”.
  • Motivation. I wouldn’t use it too much because i consider it a feeble force, but sometimes a quick burst of it from some motivational videos could do the trick.
  • Breathe. Deeply. This allows your blood to flow and your nerves to relax, some meditation before doing the work is even better.
  • Remember to stretch\do some push-ups between breaks! Just do it.

There are many more tips i could list, but these’ll have to do for today – can’t put all my eggs in one basket after all!

Tell me if some of these tips actually helped you, and how you usually keep yourself in check when it comes to focus, i’d love to hear your take!

QUIET IS IN YOU, JUST LISTEN TO IT.

Sometimes in life there are things that CANNOT be dealt with thought and being active. By “being active” i don’t mean not taking action, because that’s something i go against in this blog and in life – but instead what i mean is to let things cease to exist for a brief period of time

In a way in which you can temporarily forget your current challenge and focus, on being silent and still – in this way all of your emotions will slowly leak out of your body and mind, and as a consequence you will be able to experience tranquility and the ability to tackle that challenge again but this time with a clear and THINKING MIND – not a chaotic and OVERTHINKING one. Stepping aside to take time to realize the situation for what actually is and not letting your emotions control you, it’s the first step to solve that situation.

But how can you do that? well, there are multiple ways…
My favorites:

  • Dropping everything and going for a walk in nature possibly
  • Taking some time alone to sip on something hot, like tea
  • Working out like a monster!

But the one i rely the most on is Meditation.

That, is the only way for you to go deeper and feel the “nothingness” you so desperately crave and need to solve your challenges. And trust me, after you get the hang of it and your session is over you will feel nothing but good feelings, and a clearer and lucid mind overall.
So take some time for yourself, relax your whole body and take a few deep breaths while trying to adjust your breathing in a way that remains deep effortlessly. But then again, meditation is very personal and you need to incorporate it in your life before you will see results, but when you do… the shift you’re going to feel is going to be…

LIFECHANGING.

Take care, and tell me what you think about this.
